2020-10-02, added "Fixing" to title on 2020-10-27

This is the present definition in Wikipedia:
"A scientific theory is an explanation of an aspect of the natural world that can be repeatedly tested and verified
in accordance with the scientific method, using accepted protocols of observation, measurement, and evaluation
of results. Where possible, theories are tested under controlled conditions in an experiment.[1][2] In circumstances
not amenable to experimental testing, theories are evaluated through principles of abductive reasoning.
Established scientific theories have withstood rigorous scrutiny and embody scientific knowledge."

NOTICE 3 things.
1. This definition leaves out Cause & Effect. A theory explains things via a
chain of causes to effects. using some combination of the Named Natural Laws.

2. More importantly, the above definition embodies this obvious OMISSION. The answer to this question.
What makes a theory? Obvious answer, some human being calling themself a Scientist.

How strange, the one common causal denominator is left out of the above definition. Maybe the
common denominator requirement for becoming a Phd scientist is never having to look in a mirror?

3. OR, Could the above definition leave them Above Question Because They Claim They Are Authorities.
The oldest scientific fallacy of all, An Appeal To Authority. "When you can't question it, it is not science.".

Dan Alter's Definition of a Scientific Theory. A scientific theory is a cause and effect description of how
our universe works from where we life forms see the universe = within that body you try to keep alive.

Ergo, The first fundamental question is. Do we spirits trotting lifeforms automatically and thus unconsciously
until it is pointed out, maximize a single output economists call utility = personal profit = means staying alive?

The answer is my 3rd Named Natural Law: We lifeforms everywhere MINIMIZE the fixed amount of time we
have alive per unit time As Measured By c, The Speed of Light to get whatever we need or want to stay alive.
That does not make our guesses are right, often just lucky.

CONCLUSIONS
1. Writing A GUT requires we must use these empirically measured Named Natural Laws as fixed markers and boundaries
to explain how the logical sequence of causes and effects explains our universe from where we sit in a life form.

2. As Measured By c plugs us into e=mcc and that means a common time and disance measure for
the cause and effect relationships between all physical phenomena down to the smallest time to distance
measurement we can make which is Planck's Constant(h).

3.This GUT will describe how our Moebius Strip Conserved Geometry(my 3rd new Named Natural Law) universe works
from where we spirits sit in our life forms.

4. We must insist our claimed to be scientists actually practice real Nullius In Verba science by using the No 1st Cost LIst
so we can confirm the above predictions ASAP.

5. I figure I have about one more month to finish that up before my Starlight Disappeaing prediction gets publicly confirmed.
Be of good cheer, after all I got here by testing thousands of WRONG hypotheses(measurable guesses). Wrong would be nice.
